We have classes for kids 6+ through adult/advanced. We recommend attending at least two times per week for best results, but tuition includes unlimited belt-appropriate classes.
Classes Include:

    • Stretching
    • Warm Up Exercises
    • Drills
    • Fundamental Hand Techniques—Punches and Blocks
    • Kicks
    • Forms/Katas (Except in the All Star Program)
    • Self-Defense Techniques
    • Demonstrations
    • Cardio Workout
We keep it positive and fun, without compromising quality instruction.
Classes are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, from 4:30-5:15 and 5:30-6:15.
